Authorisation for the sale of e-cigarettes

If you are going to sell electronic cigarettes and refills, you must notify the municipality before you start selling them. You must control the sale and draw up a self-monitoring programme. Submit the programme together with your notification and keep it available at the point of sale.

The municipality charges an annual inspection fee.
