To organise public lotteries, you need a permit from the municipality, which you can obtain by applying for lottery registration.

Here's how to do it:

Print out and fill in the form "Application for lottery registration".

With the application you must attach:

1. Extract from the minutes of the board of the association showing who is the lottery director
2. Proposal for a controller and whether the controller is to be paid a fee
3. Statutes (for associations that do not receive a grant from the municipality)
4. Latest activity report.
